A letter from a Student
Garrett Otterbein was a participant in the Youth Awareness program and received a scholarship from the 2005 International Y.A. Conference. The following is a letter from him thanking his sponsoring lodge. It tells the story of how the Youth Awareness program can help our young adults start out life in the right direction.

Taylor Moyer from Stroudsburg Lodge #1336 took Second Place at the 2010 International Student Congress held in Indianapolis, IN. and received an $8,000 Scholarship. Congratulations Taylor !!


The 2009 Moose Youth Awareness Congress took place April 30-May 4 in Hampton, VA. Click on the link below to read a report about the conference. Congratulations to Adam Zahren from Harmony #957 for coming in 5th place and receiving a $2,000 scholarship for his presentation on Bullying, Stranger Danger, and Drug Awareness!!
 2009 YA Conference Report


Kelly Pierce from Stroudsburg Lodge #1336 took Second Place at the 2008 International Student Congress held in Tampa, FL and received a $3,000 Moose International Scholarship. Congratulations to Kelly, for her efforts doing her "kids-talks" and a special "Thank You" to Peter Kelly for his hard work with the students, getting them to complete the three or more talks.
